Postage and Shipping:
All orders are posted from our store premises at Leura in the Blue Mountains and sent via Australia Post as soon as possible. Our policy is to post within 3 working days of receipt of an online order. Should your order be delayed beyond this timeframe we will contact you via phone to discuss. All purchases over $25 will be posted with a tracking number which the customer can request at any time. Picklemouse Corner does not accept responsibility for any product once it has left the store premises. However, if a product arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Picklemouse Corner will evaluate the circumstances for replacement based on a case by case situation. Should this occur, you must contact Picklemouse Corner via email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order and provide evidence of any damage or fault.
